All clients have a 20 minute grace period starting at the time of your appointment, being on time to your appointment is highly encouraged due to prep time for your service. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will need to be canceled and rescheduled. In order to reschedule 50% of your scheduled service price is due before rescheduling. 24 hour notice required when canceling appointments. If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours 50% of service cost is due before rescheduling. No show clients are liable for 100% of service cost which needs to be paid prior to rebooking along with a $30 despot going forward.
